New Details about the Doctor Who 50th Anniversary Fan Stories Book “The Doctor and I”

The Doctor and I

The Doctor and I

With the 50th Anniversary of Doctor Who this year, the fan appreciation and acknowledgement of this epic BBC television series is bigger than ever. To add to the excitement of this Fall’s big celebration, our good friends over at WhovianNet have produced The Doctor & I, a book packed full of stories and memories from Doctor Who fans around the world. Set to release this November to coincide with the big 50th Anniversary weekend, Whovians of all ages were invited to share the tale of their introduction to the Who fandom. What resulted were over 150 entries from all over the world! The WhovianNet team are now working around the clock to try and get as many of those stories into the book for all to enjoy. Today we were sent over the artwork for the book cover and it looks great! Any Doctor Who fan will instantly recognize the TARDIS blue coloring and the Gallifreyan writing in the background. Like the TARDIS you can bet the book will be bigger on the inside, filled with heartwarming tales of being a Doctor Who fan. We are particularly proud that Beyond the Marquee’s own resident Doctor Who Fan/Reviewer Lindalee Rose was asked to share her own story and adventures of being a young Whovian for the book as well. Be sure to check WhovianNet soon for pre-ordering details, the The Doctor & I will run about $15.00 and will be available as a standard paperback and also in ebook format. Click ahead for a special endorsement and sneak peek of Lindalee’s own story.
