What Can You Expect from The Hangover III? Here’s at least 5 Things…

The biggest Hangover you’ve ever experienced is coming!

What are your plans for May 24, 2013? Take out your smart phones, open up your calendar app, and set a reminder so you don’t miss the release of the third, and final, installment in “The Hangover” trilogy. With each movie upping the ante for the next, fans are anticipating that this will be the icing on the cake. The producers and actors are hard at work planning and writing to ensure that fans leave theaters feeling that their hours, and dollars, were well spent on this movie, which is primed to break previous box office records set by the first two installments. Filming is underweigh on part 3 now, and while plot details are unknown at the moment, click ahead to check out five things we think you can expect from the third movie:

BRADLEY COOPER as Phil, KEN JEONG as Mr. Chow, ED HELMS as Stu, and ZACH GALIFIANAKIS as Alan

A Bigger Role For Ken Jeong

The Huffington Post reports that the lovable actor who played Leslie Chow in the original and in the sequel is reported to be cast in a much larger role for the new movie. No specifics have been leaked just yet, but you can be sure that his character’s eccentric antics will provide as many, if not more, laughs than they did in the previous films.

The Wolf Pack Returns!!!

The Same Cast

Much of what made the first two “Hangover” movies a smashing success is the on-screen chemistry the main actors have. Working together over the past few years, the guys have become friends in real life. The “Wolfpack”, made up of stars Bradley Cooper (“The Words”), Ed Helms (“The Office”), and Zach Galifianakis (“The Campaign“), have started filming their final adventure in debauchery. You can also expect a Mike Tyson cameo and the return of Mike Epps as “Black” Doug.

An Escape

What would a “Hangover” movie be without some sticky situation involving someone being held captive? In the new film, moviegoers will watch as Stu and Phil help to free Alan from a mental institution. Where is this loony bin? Why, Mexico, of course.

A Return To Vegas

Early reports suggest that the final chapter could possibly be shot in Las Vegas and Tijuana. Las Vegas seems appropriate since that’s where the trio began their series of shenanigans. And it would also explain the return of “Black” Doug.

A New Template

Director, Todd Phillips, and co-writer Craig Mazin developed a different story line much to the relief of the film’s critics. Most of the criticism that “The Hangover” received was due to the film being very similar the first one. Both movies feature a group of guys find themselves in a precarious situation with a finite amount of time before a wedding while. Drugs, sex, large amounts of cash, a foreigner, a wild animal and Mike Tyson are worked into both movies before the grooms are returned to a wedding involving a member of the crew. Even die-hard fans will be relieved to see the storyline go a little differently this time around.

While the movie crew are tasked with the long hours of production, you’re in for a bit of a wait. To satisfy your “Hangover” craving, check out some outtakes on YouTube from the first two films, or watch other funny videos to sustain your hunger for comedy. And when the latest installment reaches DVD format, plan a movie marathon with your friends to relive the memories of the Wolfpack’s adventures.
