Don’t miss out on the biggest Doctor Who fan event in Los Angeles in 2015

Heads up Whovians, in less than 24 hours, registration begins for “The 26 Seasons of Gallifrey One”. Gallifrey One is the the world’s largest and longest running annual fan-run Doctor Who convention. The most recent convention was a smashing success and featured appearances from Colin Baker, Billie Piper, Arthur Darvill and Paul McGann, and dozens of other guests. Next years out of this world event will take place on February 13th-15th 2015 at the Marriott Los Angeles Airport Hotel. Details will be posted Friday morning at 10:00am Pacific time, on Gallifrey One’s Official Facebook page or on their website at www.gallifreyone.com (on the Registration page).

If you are a fan of Doctor Who and can make it to Los Angeles, Gallifrey One is the place to be, the coolest, most down to Earth fans all gather to share in their love, passion and devotion for the 50 year old sci-fi British Television Series. With amazing guests, imaginative costumes and the largest assortment of retail vendors, a weekend almost isn’t enough to contain all the fun to be had. No guests for the 2015 con will be announced until this Summer, but Gallifrey One never fails to disappoint in bringing in the big names Whovians all know and love, from Doctors, Companions and More! Only 3200 Tickets will be offered and they are expected to SELL OUT fast, don’t miss out, and hopefully Lindalee and the Beyond the Marquee team will see you there again next year!

“On My Way” A Charming French Film (Foreign Film Review)

A cute little French comedy starring Oscar nominee Catherine Deneuve has made its way to theaters. It’s called On My Way and the quirky French film features an unexpected road trip with a captivating storyline. Well acted and produced, the film is an endearing look at a smidgen of France’s rustic countryside and a woman trying to come to grips with a late in life crossroads. If you like your movies whimsical yet complex, then rush on over to see On My Way.

“Divergent” A Young Adult Thriller (Film Review)

Looking to take over where other young adult films have made big splashes, Divergent takes center stage at the box-office this weekend. Taking aim at this very lucrative market the film features actors that are engaging, a story that’s hip enough to garner their interest and a top notch production that envisions the tale very close to the popular novel of the same title. Much like the Hunger Games, that will be concluding this year, the film concerns insurrection, political upheaval and self-determination.

On this 61st Episode of Beyond the Marquee: The Web Series, resident kid-reporter Lindalee Rose chats with stars and VIP guests on the Red Carpet during the “Muppets Most Wanted” World Premiere in Hollywood!

Lindalee speaks with actors from the movie including Tina Fey, the talented Muppeteers who provide the voices and puppetry for the Muppets and some hit Disney Channel stars, Cameron Boyce and Karan Brar from “Jessie” and Regan Burns from “Dog with a Blog”.

Find out what happens when Lindalee asks some fun and inquisitive questions about those wacky and fuzzy Muppets we all know and love.

Finally, it’s here, today comes the cure you’ve been waiting for, for getting the song “Let it Go” from Disney’ FROZEN out of your head! It’s the motion picture soundtrack for Disney’s MUPPETS MOST WANTED available from Walt Disney Records. The new movie takes the entire Muppets gang on a global tour, selling out grand theaters in some of Europe’s most exciting destinations, including Berlin, Madrid, Dublin and London. But mayhem follows the Muppets overseas, as they find themselves unwittingly entangled in an international crime caper headed by Constantine – the World’s Number One Criminal and a dead ringer for Kermit and his dastardly sidekick Dominic, aka Number Two, portrayed by Ricky Gervais. From one old school die-hard Muppet fan to another, I’ve got to admit, this soundtrack for the film is pretty great. If you’re looking for a score heavy CD, this is NOT it. But what you will find is an eclectic mix of Muppets and Stars from the film belting out some extremely catchy…almost too catchy tunes that will will have you singing about making sequels and dangerous frogs for the next few weeks!
