Founder of Full Moon Productions and a pioneer in the field of home video, Band has built a reputation as a prolific and frequent director of entertaining low-budget genre films. He has produced almost 300 features variously delving into the realms of horror, sci-fi and fantasy with “The Puppetmaster Series” being one of his most celebrated and popular franchise.
