On Saturday, May 12th, Beyond the Marquee was on-hand with “TRON: Uprising” stars Elijah Wood, Bruce Boxleitner, Mandy Moore, Emmanuelle Chriqui, Nate Corddry, Lance Henriksen, Reginald VelJohnson, Paul Reubens and Tricia Helfer to celebrate the launch of Disney XD’s new animated series “TRON: Uprising” at DisneyToon Studios in Glendale, California. We had a chance to sit down with the cast of this new series as they elaborated on their characters and the unique TRON world in which they all now get to play. The Charlie Bean directed show is set to take place after the original TRON movie but as a prequel to TRON: Legacy. The sci-fi adventure follows Beck (voiced by Elijah Wood), a young program that becomes the unlikely leader of a revolution inside the computer world called the Grid. Check out the series launch of  “TRON: Uprising” on THURSDAY, JUNE 7 (9:00 p.m.) on Disney XD.
