One of Hollywood’s most beloved actors, Jimmy Stewart, and one of the cinema’s most treasured holiday films, “It’s A Wonderful Life,” get a fancy Hollywood BIG SCREEN send up MONDAY, DEC. 10 (7:30PM), as the last of Grauman’s Chinese’s 25-cent 85th anniversary screenings. Grauman’s Chinese also announced that with the donation of an unwrapped toy for a needy Los Angeles area child, valued at $10 or more, ticket buyers will receive a free bag of popcorn. Last week Disney Studio’s Chairman Alan Horn hosted The Walt Disney Studios’ 2012 Animation Celebration amongst a room full of talented filmmakers from Disney and Pixar. Members of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences and the Hollywood Foreign Press Association were all on hand for a showcase of Brave, Frankenweenie, Paperman, and Wreck-It Ralph. These films have once again set the standard for quality, artistry and technical achievement in animation. The Walt Disney Studios & Netflix Announce Multi-Year Premium Pay TV Window Agreement in the United States!

It seems the folks at the Walt Disney Company are making deals left and right recently. The latest you ask? Well, Netflix Inc. (Nasdaq:NFLX) and The Walt Disney Company (NYSE:DIS) today announced a new multi-year licensing agreement that will make Netflix the exclusive U.S. subscription television service for first-run live-action and animated feature films from The Walt Disney Studios. Beginning with its 2016 theatrically released feature films, new Disney, Walt Disney Animation Studios, Pixar Animation Studios, Marvel Studios and Disneynature titles will be made available for Netflix members to watch instantly in the pay TV window on multiple platforms, including television, tablets, computers and mobile phones. Most all families know the tale, but for those who want their memory refreshed the story goes like this. Marlin (voice of Albert Brooks) and young Nemo (voice of Alexander Gould) find themselves living alone together after a fisherman takes Marlin’s wife. Having to bring his son up without a lot of knowledge about the subject, Marlin finds himself very cautious as to where Nemo goes.
