The Shark Is Still Working: The Impact & Legacy of JAWS – Original Soundtrack Review

Musical scores for documentaries about films can sometimes feel like a second cousin to the iconic themes we know and love. Composers struggle to replicate the original score while changing a few notes to thwart of litigation. This is not the case with The Shark Is Still Working. Composer Michael McCormack has crafted a musical soundtrack that not only underscores the visuals and supports the story, but has also created a rich recording that can be enjoyed on it’s own. It is a perfect companion to the Shark Is Still Working, which is in itself a tribute to the legacy and impact of one of the most iconic films ever made.

Our sources in South Florida tell us that the Iron Man 3 production will be heading down to the Sunshine State at the end of this month from their current base of shooting in Wilmington, NC. Filming is currently scheduled to begin October 1st in many South Florida communities including Broward County’s Dania Beach. Check out the Untitled DOCTOR WHO parody inspired by NBC’s COMMUNITY

Untitled Web Series About a Space Traveler Who Can Also Travel Through Time

Fan’s of NBC’s hit comedy Community may recall an episode that featured one of Abed and Troy’s favorite BTV (British Television) series called Inspector Spacetime. A fantastic parody of Doctor Who and all the characters, vehicles and gadgets, it has the makings of a sure-fire hit, especially as popular as the BBC’s Doctor Who has become in the past few years. Travis Richey plays the Inspector himself and this project with a little help from the Kickstarter community helped fun this pilot. Unfortunately because NBC didn’t authorize the pilot with the same name, some legal red-tape had to be cut thru and the concept was renamed; Untitled Web Series About a Space Traveler Who Can Also Travel Through Time. Click ahead to check out the first episode and share your thoughts below.
